MAKE APPOINTMENT

When you schedule your appointment with Empire Dental Group, we will reserve time to meet with you to discuss any problems or concerns you may have, as well as perform a thorough exam (which may include x-rays.)

Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel, our policy is 48 hours in advance of your appointment time.

Not being on time for your scheduled appointment conflicts with the next appointment. Empire Dental Group strives to make sure that you are seen at your appointment time, so we ask that you please be respectful of our time and the following appointment.
