Dr. Pavlushkin is highly experienced in all aspects of cosmetic and family dentistry. She is also knowledgeable of all the latest advances in management of anxious patients. She also provides personal attention with a personal touch to comfort patients.

The Empire Dental Group is a new state of the art dental facility specifically designed for the needs of our patients. Our sterilization station provides all types of procedures: cold, heat, and chemical. For your protection our water supply lines are flushed and cleaned after every procedure with special chemical solution. Our dental unit water meets all applicable federal and state standards for dental unit water quality.

Our staff educates patients on dental hygiene, oral cancer, x-rays, oral hygiene during pregnancy, and diabetic dental patients.

Our staff is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian.

Our dentists have distinguished abilities to manage a variety of dental scenarios and handle all the details from conception to conclusion with consistent aplomb. From root canals to minor orthodontics to implants, crowns and bridges, we work with specialized dental laboratories. Dr. Alla Pavlushkin and Dr. Thomas Rafferty are highly coordinated in the holistic approach which translates into unique quality of care that allays their patients concerns and anxieties.

Dr. Pavlushkin and Dr. Rafferty are members of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association. Dr Pavlushkin maintains a cozy office and has an enthusiastic staff comprised of a manager, receptionist, dental assistant and a hygienist.

She employs numerous technologies including computerized x-rays and advanced root canal rotary instrumentation to plan and carry out treatments, so our patients can feel comfortable in this office.
