Dr. GregORY BurdO

Gregory Burdo, D.M.D., is a Board Certified Periodontist.

A first generation son of immigrants who worked endlessly to achieve, it’s no surprise that Dr. Burdo’s hard work has shaped his philosophy on life! With a natural passion for all things artistic, he selected the dental field because it provides an outlet for his creative passion and thought.

With an undergraduate degree from UCLA, a D.M.D from Temple University, Dr. Burdo continued on to the University of Pennsylvania for additional training – Periodontics Program and Implant Advanced Restoration Dentistry trained.

Dr. Burdo’s post-graduate training included hundreds of supervised procedures by world-renowned surgeons, teachers, and mentors – along with thousands of seminar hours devoted entirely to implant therapy, periodontal disease and infinite treatment possibilities.

This breadth of experience allows him to diagnose and prevent periodontal disease, deal with failed bridges and loose dentures, and apply refined and defined techniques in gum and bone regeneration to aid in developing optimal treatment plans.

It is Dr. Burdo’s mission and personal pledge to provide each Empire Dental Group patient with accessibility, along with the highest standard of dental care.

Dr. Burdo is a standing and active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of Periodontology and a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology.
