Dr. Alla Pavlushkin, D.D.S.
(General Dentist) is a graduated dental school in Russia in 1984 and graduated from New York University, College of Dentistry in 1994. With over 20 years of experience Dr. Pavlushkin has been educated in general family dentistry, performing all types of dental procedures, including orthodontics. She is a family dentist for all generations. Dr. Pavlushkin performs, as well, cosmetic mouth rehabilitation, working with a team of dentists.
Having mastered many difficult dental techniques Dr. Pavlushkin started A&T Madison Dental located at 168 Madison Avenue, Third Floor, in New York City, one block from the Empire State Building, with much success. With a great reputation for excellent dentistry, Dr. Pavlushkin has now expanded her operation to include a brand new state of the art dental facility located in the heart of Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Dr. Thomas Rafferty
(Periodontist) graduated from Georgetown University Dental School in Washington D.C. and worked in private practice until he rejoined school full-time at University of Pennsylvania Periodontics Program. He has been working for over 17 years treating patients with comprehensive dental needs including Fixed Prosthodontics, Bone Grafting, Sinus Augmentation, Dental Implants and Full Mouth Rehabilitation. It is a mission for him to contribute and advance the methods of dental profession while providing the highest quality care all people deserve. His goal is to provide the periodontal support to our patients that are committed to their oral health brings him personal and professional satisfaction.
