MOUTH REHAB/RECONSTRUCTION

Full Mouth Rehabilitation (also known as Full Mouth Reconstruction) describes the process of rebuilding or simultaneously restoring all of the teeth in both the upper and lower jaws. This process can help restore overall oral heath and functionality, by correcting imperfections in bite position and enhancing the appearance of a smile!

The process involves performing restorative procedures like crowns, bridges and/or veneers, and can incorporate periodontal procedures (gums), oral surgery and orthodontics (specializing in tooth movement/position).

The need for this process may result from a number of factors:

• Teeth that have bee injured/fractured.
• Teeth that have been lost due to trauma or decay.
• Teeth that have been severely damaged as a result of long term acid erosion (foods, acid reflux, etc.), jaw problems or tooth grinding.
